1. Agreement to Terms

By applying as an intern or OJT, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all policies of NJSB Events Printing Services. Failure to comply may result in termination of your internship program.

2. Scope of Internship

As an intern or OJT, you will not only perform tasks related to your field of study. For example, BSIT students will gain experience beyond programming, and layout/design students will also learn operational and administrative tasks. You will be exposed to:

• All major processes of the business, including printing, layout, event preparation, and production.
• Multitasking across different departments as assigned by the supervisor.
• Real-world problem solving and team collaboration.
• Professional work ethics, time management, and client interactions.

3. Protocols and Safety

All interns and OJTs must follow safety protocols and operational guidelines provided by NJSB. Our equipment is expensive, and improper use may lead to immediate termination of internship. Key points:

• Always follow supervisor instructions when handling machines or materials.
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately.
• Unauthorized operation of machines is strictly prohibited.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

4. Attendance and Conduct

Interns are expected to adhere to their assigned schedule. Punctuality, professional behavior, and respect towards staff and colleagues are mandatory. Violations may result in disciplinary actions or termination.

5. Confidentiality

Interns may have access to sensitive client and business information. All such information must be kept confidential during and after the internship period.

6. Termination

NJSB reserves the right to terminate or suspend the internship immediately, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, negligence, breach of protocol, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

8. Changes to Terms

NJSB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued participation in the internship constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
